Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Store.

We are a restaurant that focuses on seared dishes. The seared meat is simple but brings out the best flavor of the ingredients. We also offer a variety of seared dishes, from high-heat searing to slow searing, depending on the ingredients.
