Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Store.
Japan, with its four seasons, has many delicious seasonal foods depending on the season.
Our restaurant offers seasonal menus that are only available at that time, using seasonal ingredients.
Today, we would like to introduce our limited summer menu, which is only available this time of year. Please take advantage of this menu to enjoy a drink with your regular menu or with a menu available only now.
We have prepared a menu using seasonal ingredients, perfect for pairing with alcoholic beverages.
Fresh and tasty water octopus, in season now, is prepared in thin slices.
Serve with a refreshing ponzu (Japanese citrus juice).
Goya Chanpuru, an Okinawan specialty, is perfect for the summer season.
Please try our signature Bitter Gourd Chanpuru made with delicious bitter melon, pork, and umami-rich tofu.
We also offer teriyaki curry chicken wings that will make you want to drink and not stop after just one bite.
Other dishes include a steak made with A4 grade Japanese Wagyu beef, which is crispy but has the umami taste of Japanese Wagyu beef, and cold sudachi soba noodles with plenty of condiments, which are perfect to finish off your alcoholic beverage with the refreshing flavor of sudachi.
