Hot nabe dishes are a must during the cold season, aren't they? We have prepared a spicy and plump hot pot of beef and pork with "Taiwanese ramen", a local dish in Nagoya, as the finishing touch. You can enjoy the special broth that is infused with the flavor of beef, homemade Taiwanese minced meat, and vegetables.
