The footsteps of spring can be heard in the distance, but the nights are still chilly. How about a warming hot pot for those cold nights? This year, hot pot is now available on the winter menu. There are only a few days left for the winter menu. Please check it out so that you don't forget to try it.
One of the pots on our winter-only menu is the Yose-Konabe, a thick Hakucho hot pot. Seafood ingredients and chicken are used to create a deep and rich soup. It is light but full of flavor, so it is well known for its high level of satisfaction.
The soup, which is rich in broth, can also be enjoyed as a nabe finish. The nabe closing ingredients include a zosui (rice porridge) set, ramen noodles, and udon noodles.3We have prepared two types. Please enjoy the full-bodied soup according to your taste and mood.
We also offer "Seared Duck Seri Nabe" so that you can eat plenty of vegetables. The duck meat is seared once so that you can enjoy only the flavor without the smell. The key point of this dish is the abundant use of nutritious vegetables such as rooted Japanese parsley and bean sprouts. Please enjoy the delicious taste and help build a healthy body.
