This is the "Ajiwai Course" which allows you to enjoy a total of 8 dishes from seasonal appetizers to after-dinner desserts. For the main course, both fish and meat dishes are served, so it is a perfect meal. For the closing meal, "Chirashi Sushi with Salmon and Okra" using okra, which is in season in summer, will be served. Please take your time to enjoy it to the end.
