This is a hearty set that includes medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. Three kinds of dipping sauces are available to match each meat.

Seared beef tongue 1,529 yen (tax included)
Beef tongue filled with flavor and tenderized slowly grilled to perfection. Please enjoy it with crunchy bean sprouts.
The spice makes it a perfect match for beer or shochu hot water. It is also a great accompaniment to rice.
Special beef steak with grated onion and apple sauce - 1,309 yen (tax included)
MISUJI is one of the rarest parts of beef. We carefully select the meatballs and make them into hearty steaks.
The sauce is made with onions and apples, creating a mature taste with a harmony of sour and sweet flavors. Please enjoy it with red wine.
