Hello, I am the PR person in charge of private room dining, Rakuzo Utage Nagoya Nishiki-dori Branch.
We change the dishes of our banquet courses each season so that our customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients according to the season.
In mid-January, we recommend the "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course," which mainly features warm hot pots and pans.
For the main dish of the course, we offer a rich white hot pot filled with chicken meat. Please warm your body from the inside out with our signature dish, which has a strong chicken broth.
