Autumn is a time when food is in season and a treasure trove of ingredients is available. Many customers who are particular about food may say that autumn is their favorite season for taste. At our restaurant, too, we have started offering autumn course meals using ingredients that are in season. What is on this year's fall menu? Let us introduce you in detail.
Our course menu changes with the seasons; the fall course menu started on September 7, and the new menu has been announced, so if you haven't checked it out yet, please check out the menu.
The key to the course meal is the use of ingredients that are in season in the dishes. Take pumpkin, for example. The peak of pumpkin harvest is in summer, but did you know that the best time to eat pumpkin is in autumn? At our restaurant, we feature pumpkin in its prime on our fall menu. Other dishes such as autumn eggplant, salmon, and many other seasonal vegetables and fish will also appear on the menu.
All of the autumn course meals are delicious, but one of the most popular is the "Seasonal Creation Course," which features a double main course of meat and fish.
The meat dish is "Teriyaki Chicken and Autumn Eggplant Teriyaki" and the fish dish is "Deep-fried White Fish Tatsuta with Grated Leek Sauce". The set price is a reasonable 4,000 yen per person (including tax) for a total of 10 dishes including these dishes plus 2 hours of all-you-can-drink.
