Today, we would like to introduce our "Seasonal Recommendations" menu, which is only available for a limited time.

If you want a snack that you can easily enjoy while drinking sake, the above menu is recommended. They are "Vinegared simmered conger eel and Sanriku wakame" with a refreshing taste of seasonal conger eel and crunchy wakame, and "Mizunasu no osashimi" with fresh mizu-aubergine quickly marinated in white soup stock.
