この季節ならではのお鍋が楽しみな方に朗報です。この冬の楽蔵日暮里の鶏つくね鍋は、軟骨入りの鶏つくねが入って、あっさりながら旨味がある味に仕上がりました。骨が入るとだしの濃厚さが大きく変わりますが骨付き肉はちょっと食べにくいもの。軟骨入りなら安心です。冬には人気の食材、生姜もたっぷり入ってあったまりますよ。おまけに豆乳入りでやさしい味付け。１人前からでもOKなので、おひとりさまでも注文できます。
