Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Nippori store.
The cold weather continues.
I think many people would like to have a hot pot on such a day.
There are many different types of nabe, but I would like to recommend sukiyaki, which has the same name but is prepared in different ways in different regions.
In the Kanto region, "warishita" is important when it comes to sukiyaki.
We don't use "Warishita" in Kansai. It's a "nabe bokuyo no face" moment, where after the meat is cooked, seasonings such as soy sauce, sugar, and sake are added, and the flavor is adjusted with the moisture from the vegetables.
Beef is used for sukiyaki meat, right?
Pork seems to be common in Tohoku, Hokkaido and Niigata.
In Shiga and Aichi, chicken is used in some areas.
The last thing they seem to have in common is that they are eaten with beaten eggs.
Our sukiyaki is Kanto style, served with beef based on Kanto warishita.
For those of you from the Kanto region, we are familiar with it, and for those of you who are not, please try Kanto's sukiyaki.
All-you-can-drink for two hours with Sukiyaki as the main course.
The menu includes a total of 10 dishes from appetizers to desserts, plus an all-you-can-drink package.
Only meals can be served, so don't worry if you are a driver or not much of a drinker.
Sashimi and tempura are available in the course, plus sukiyaki for the main course.
The best way to finish off a sukiyaki is with udon noodles. The collaboration of sweet and spicy warishita, meat and vegetable broth, and udon noodles is truly a sight to behold.
Desserts are also our signature sweet treats that will soak up your salty palate.
