牛の希少部位を堪能できる「肉満喫コース」

牛の希少部位「カイノミ」を使った肉満喫コースです。カイノミは貴重な高級肉として肉好きにはたまりません。ヒレの近くにある部位で、少し赤身に似た歯ごたえがありますが、とても柔らかく肉の旨味を存分に味わえます。他にも鱧の湯引きやお造り三種盛り合わせなど全8品のご提供となります。

 

厳選ビーフに舌鼓！「くずし懐石コース」

牛ステーキの炙りがメインのくずし懐石コースです。厳選されたビーフが絶品で当店のメニューの中でも大人気となっています。その他にも鱧の湯引き、お造り、ズワイ蟹と海老の天婦羅など高級食材を取り揃え、趣向を凝らした創作料理が楽しめる全12品のコースです。

 

国産牛の旨味を味わう「すき焼きコース」

国産牛だけを使用した「すき焼きコース」です。肉の旨味を存分に味わい、野菜もたっぷりと摂れるのでとてもヘルシーです。〆にうどんを入れて最後までお楽しみください。他にも特選お造り5種盛り合わせ、ズワイ蟹と海老の天婦羅など全10品のコースとなっています。
