さっぱりしゃっきり、梅の酸味

たたき胡瓜の梅和え　490円(税抜き)
たたいて味を染み込みやすくしたしゃきしゃきのきゅうりに、梅ダレをからめました。梅のさっぱりとした味わいときゅうりの風味が爽やかなひと品です。どのお酒にも合わせていただけ、お口の中をさっぱりとリセットさせることもできます。

クイックメニューの定番。ほどよい塩気が豆本来の味を引き立て、滋味深い味わいです。ビールとの相性はバツグンで、おしゃべりを楽しみながらついついお皿に手が伸びます。

 

極太カットで歯ごたえバツグン

極太サクサクメンマ　490円(税抜き)
メンマを極太にカットすることで、通常よりもサクサクの歯ごたえが楽しめるひと品です。少しピリ辛に仕上げておりますので、暑い時期のビールのお供にぴったりです。
