今回は絶品お肉料理をご紹介します。

●牛タンの炙り焼き・・・1,390円（税抜）

肉厚だけどとてもやわらかい食感の、「牛タンの炙り焼き」。肉質が上品で、絶妙な焼き加減です。ねぎと一緒にお召し上がりいただければ、風味の変化が楽しめます。

 

フルーティーなソースがうれしい牛ミスジステーキ

●特選　牛ミスジのステーキ～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～・・・1,190円（税抜）

「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」は、ミスジのうまみを堪能できます。脂身が少ないので、さっぱりとした味わい。玉葱と林檎のソースが爽やかなので、全体的にフルーティーな味わいを楽しめます。

 

ビールや焼酎とも相性が良いですよ

●若鶏の竜田揚げ・・・690円（税抜）

甘辛い味付けがやみつきになる、「若鶏の竜田揚げ」。サクサクの衣と、ジューシーな鶏肉の旨みがたまらないです。ビールや焼酎と一緒にいただくのもおすすめ。レモンを添えて、さっぱりとどうぞ。

 

葱の甘みが奥深い味わい

●長葱の豚巻き炙り串（たれ・塩）・・・260円（税抜）

豚肉のジューシーなうまみを味わえる、「長葱の豚巻き炙り串（たれ・塩）」。葱は甘みがあり、脂が多い豚肉との相性も抜群です。
