This is "Wakadori no Tatsuta-age (deep-fried young chicken). Tatsuta-age" is a dish named after the Tatsuta River in Nara Prefecture. The difference between "tatsuta-age" and "karaage" is that "tatsuta-age" is battered and deep-fried. It is seasoned with mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) and soy sauce, so it can be enjoyed as is. We hope you enjoy it with a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing taste.

I made croquettes with monja.

This is "Special Monja Croquette. It is an arrangement of the famous Tokyo specialty monjayaki, which is used as the base of croquettes. One bite of the croquette will fill your mouth with the flavor of monja. This dish is recommended to be paired with beer or a highball. Please be careful not to get burned by the heat.
