Japanese-Western blended course for important guests

The highest grade among the courses we offer is the Japanese-Western course. This course uses higher quality ingredients than the Aburi Kaiseki course, such as Hiroshima oysters and the chef's omakase sushi. Please take advantage of this course as well.
