台湾もつ鍋がメインのこのコース。じっくりと煮込んだピリ辛のスープに、コラーゲンたっぷりのプリップリのモツと、たっぷりのお野菜をお召し上がりください。牛ミンチとモツの組み合わせも、またよく合うんですよね。ほかには、鱧の湯引き〜梅肉ソース〜や、夏野菜の彩りサラダ、お造り3種盛りなどもついた、充実の内容です。
