Many people naturally reach for their chopsticks when dashimaki tamago, a staple of izakaya (Japanese-style pubs), is on the table. While it is a familiar dish at the sake bar, we also offer "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago" as a takeout dish. We hope you will enjoy this dish at home.

These are skewers popular on izakaya menus. Many people must like skewers, which can be easily served as an accompaniment to alcohol. At our restaurant, we prepare kushiyaki using Tottori's locally raised chicken, "Daisen-dori". Each skewer is carefully grilled. We hope you will enjoy them.
