当店は、一本一本丁寧に焼き上げた串焼きをご用意しております。自慢の炙り料理の一つです。使用しているのは、鳥取の地鶏「大山どり」になります。写真は、一度にいろいろな串を楽しめる「大山どり 串焼き盛り合わせ」と、一本で食べごたえ抜群の大串でご提供している「大山どり　鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き　山葵添え」です。
