続いてご紹介するのは、「大山どり　鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き　山葵添え」です。居酒屋で串焼きといえば定番ですが、こちらは大串での提供となるので、一本で食べごたえばっちりです。シンプルな塩焼きなので、大山どりの旨味が引き立ち、その味わいにビールをはじめとしたお酒が進む方は少なくないはず。山葵を添えているので、大丈夫な方は山葵と共にお楽しみください。
