薬味たっぷりさっと頼める肴をどうぞ | 楽蔵日暮里

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Nippori store.

会社帰りに学生時代のお友だちと待ち合わせて、お互いの近況を肴にお酒を飲む、という場面も多々あるかと思います。そうはいっても社会人同士、なかなか約束の時間に全員が揃うのは難しいところがあります。

薬味まみれの冷奴

名前の通り、豆腐の上に山のように青ネギ、長ネギ、みょうがなどの薬味をこんもりと盛り付け、まさに薬味まみれの冷奴です。

薬味をちびりちびりと食べながらお酒を飲むのもよし、薬味と豆腐を豪快に食べるのもよし、お友だちがいつくるかとそわそわして落ち着かない気持ちを吹っ飛ばしてくれそうな、人気の一品です。
