炙り＆揚げ　間違いなしの鉄板メニュー | 楽蔵日暮里

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Nippori store.

お酒のお供について考えるときに、絶対に外せないのは焼き物と揚げ物ではないでしょうか。当店はそれぞれ豊富にご用意しております。

今回は当店の炙り料理・揚げ物料理から、とっておきのものをご紹介します。

3種肉盛り

中落ちカルビ・特選豚・若鶏の三種のお肉の盛り合わせです。鶏は皮はパリッと中はふっくらジューシーに仕上がっています。少しずつ色んなお肉を食べたい方にはぴったりの盛り合わせです。

 

ビールに合わせるならコレ　ソーセージ2種盛り合わせ

ソーセージ盛り合わせ

ビールに合うおつまみといえば、ソーセージはかなり上位にランクインするはずです。ソーセージは、噛みしめたときにパリッと皮が弾ける感覚が何よりも大事、当店は、もちろん最高の食感のものをご提供しております。お好みでマスタードとケチャップをつけて召し上がってください。

 

新食感がくせになる　アボカドの生ハム巻き天ぷら

上質な脂肪分を含むアボカドは、サラダや海鮮メニューとよく合いますが、天ぷらにしたものは少し珍しいかもしれません。アボカドに生ハムを巻いた天ぷらは、もっちりとしたアボカドとほどよい塩気の生ハムのバランスが絶妙です。サクッとした衣との食感の違いも楽しいですよ。
