Introduction of Oyama Bird Yakitori|Rakurakuzo Nippori

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Nippori store.

As a restaurant that claims to be a genuine aburi dining restaurant, the yakitori is a must-try. Our chefs grill the yakitori to an exquisite perfection, and the more you bite into it, the deeper the flavor becomes.

In addition to the way we grill our chicken, we are also particular about the chicken we use. Daisen-dori" from Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, is a locally raised chicken raised mainly at the foot of Daisen Mountain, which is called the "Superior Peak of the San-in Region." It is raised for about one week longer than usual, and its meat is characterized by its well-balanced fat content and juicy, flavorful texture.

Tsukune (skewers) with cartilage kneaded into them have a delightful crunchy texture.

For those who want to taste the richness of the flavor, the TsuchiEgg yolk for kune: 80 yen (tax not included)is also available for you to dip and enjoy generously.
