寒ブリのおいしさが堪能できる

「大分郷土料理　寒ブリのりゅうきゅう」

冬に脂が乗って一段とおいしくなるブリを大分県の郷土料理である「りゅうきゅう」でご用意しました。りゅうきゅうとは、定番の醤油で食べるお刺身ではなく、ブリのお刺身を胡麻醤油に漬けたお料理です。普通のお刺身よりも濃厚なコクが楽しめ、食べた満足感の高いお料理です。寒ブリの甘みのある脂と、胡麻の香ばしさがマッチした極上の逸品にご期待ください。

旬のセロリが抜群においしい！

「セロリのラー油五秒漬け 」

セロリは年中スーパーで見かける野菜なので、旬があるイメージがない方も多いかもしれません。セロリは11月ごろから春先までが旬とされ、今が抜群においしい時期です。旬のセロリはみずみずしく、一口かじれば爽やかな香りが口いっぱいに広がりますよ。レモンとラー油でちょっぴり個性的に味付けました。ビールが止まらなくなるような、クセになるピリ辛おつまみの完成です。
