しっかり脂がのってます　本日のカマ焼き

マグロのカマ焼きなどで知られる「カマ」とはマグロで言うならば大トロに隣接している部位のことです。そのためたっぷりと脂がのっていますよ。当店では「本日のカマ焼き」として、その日ごとの新鮮なお魚のカマ焼きをご提供しております。690円（税抜）でのご提供です。たっぷりとお魚の脂の旨味をお楽しみください。

今回ご紹介したもの以外にも、皮目を香ばしく焼き上げて仕上げる「炙り〆鯖　890円（税抜）」など、さまざまな魚介の炙りメニューをご用意しております。
