Is there anyone who likes dashimaki tamago (rolled egg)? It is a standard menu item at izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and there must be many people who like it. You may find that someone else has ordered it and it is right in front of you. At Rakura, we have prepared a menu that arranges the dashimaki tamago that many people are familiar with.

This dish consists of a softly rolled dashimaki tamago topped with egg yolk and sweet sauce. The richness of the egg yolk and the sweet sauce are a perfect match! Please enjoy this dish with sake when you visit our restaurant.

The next item we will introduce is hokke. Some people may naturally order hokke when they see it on the menu. Fluffy hokke is an easy-to-eat fish with little peculiarity.
