First of all, we would like to introduce a simple yet popular egg dish, dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Many people often order this dish as a standard accompaniment to alcoholic beverages, and many people naturally reach for their chopsticks when they see it in front of them. Our restaurant offers "dashi-scented sticky dashimaki tamago" for take-out.
