Many of you must be fond of skewers, a standard izakaya menu item. We offer a variety of kushiyaki skewers made with Oyama chicken, and the above menu item is available for take-out. The skewers are carefully seared to perfection, making them savory and juicy and a perfect match for alcohol.

Fried gizzard with silver skin / 500 yen (tax included)

For those who want to enjoy a crispy fried dish, we recommend "Deep-fried Gizzard Gizzard Gingers".
