We also have a signature menu item, "Daisen Dori no Kushiyaki (Oyama Bird Skewer)!

Among our signature dishes, we also offer the highly recommended "Japanese Chicken Skewers" as a take-out menu!

This domestic chicken is "Daisen-dori", a brand chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Daisen-dori is known for its resilient and fresh meat, and we have made the best use of this quality by roasting it on skewers.

Three popular types of skewers are available: "Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage Bone," "Negima Skewer," and "Liver Skewer. If the skewers have cooled down, you can reheat them in a microwave oven at home to restore the freshly grilled aroma!
