We have crispy chicken skin with secret sauce, fried rice cake covered with nori (seaweed) that is both crispy and mellow mochi, yamitsuki sakiikaika (squid) and scallop with ponzu sauce, seared Tochioage, and slow-cooked pork stewed in miso and fried pork and yams.

 

Hokkaido cream cheese with raayu, which has both spicy and sour flavors, and homemade cheese fish cake are also available.

 

Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) with originality is also available.

Dashimaki tamago is a popular snack with drinks. We offer a wide variety of creative dashimaki tamago, including our standard dashimaki tamago with dashi aroma, dashimaki tamago with starchy sauce, and sukiyaki dashimaki tamago sandwiches.
