Soft but chewy "Japanese Chicken Thigh Skewers

This is the most standard of all yakitori skewers, the "Momo (thigh)". Only carefully selected Japanese domestic chickens are used for the thighs. The meat is tender, but still has plenty of texture. You will feel the difference from other restaurants.
