."Full Meat CourseThe eight-course "Beef Kainomi" menu features a beef kainomi steak as the main dish. The kainomi is the part of the ribs that is closest to the fillet. It has a good amount of fat, but also has the delicious leanness and tenderness of a filet. The dish also includes seasonal summer vegetables such as eggplant.
