Firm chewy texture Blackened Japanese oyakitori

While young chicken, which is tender and juicy, is generally used for dishes with chicken, the "Blackened Japanese Oyadori Chicken" in the photo uses oyadori chicken instead of young chicken, as the name suggests.
Compared to young chickens, the meat of the oyadori is tighter and has less fat. It is served at 850 yen (excluding tax). We hope you will try it.

We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare beef ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. The fatty beef and pork not only have a delicious flavor, but you can also enjoy the sweetness of the fat. Please enjoy the juicy and fluffy texture of the young chicken.
Served with three different sauces so you can try which sauce goes best with each meat. 1,290 yen (excluding tax).
