The "Daisen Dori Kushiyaki Assorted Skewers (Tare/Shio)" is an assortment of thighs, negima, gizzards, chicken skin, and liver. You can choose between tare (sauce) and shio (salt) seasoning.
Our specialty yakitori is made from fresh "Daisen-dori" chicken. Daisen chicken is a delicious chicken raised freely in the beautiful air and water at the foot of Mount Daisen in Tottori Prefecture. It is a juicy and nutritious dish with a good amount of fat.
The fish is then grilled to bring out the best of its flavor through the artisan's special searing process.
