The "Oyama Dori Tsukune Skewers with Cartilage 3pcs (with sauce)" is one of the most popular items on the takeout menu. The crunchy cartilage inside the fluffy tsukune makes for an excellent snack that will keep your beer flowing. It is best served with the sweet and spicy sauce, but we also recommend dipping the tsukune in egg yolk if you like.
