A course in which you can enjoy our seared fish as the main course

We are a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic aburi, grilled by the hands of our artisans. Our Aburi Kaiseki course features mainly aburi.
 
The main course is a Japanese black beef steak, and the menu also includes Toji steamed sea bream, tempura of freshly cured pike conger and shrimp, sea bream rice, and four kinds of sashimi specially selected by the chef, all using carefully selected ingredients.
 

Highest grade Japanese/Western blended course

The highest grade of the menu we offer is the Japanese-Western course. In addition to the menu of the Aburi Kaiseki course, we have prepared a fine selection of dishes such as boiled Hokkai Zuwaigani-gai (snow crab), sushi prepared by our chef, etc.
