Thickly sliced but still crispy Seared beef tongue

Beef tongue is a popular dish at yakiniku restaurants. While thinly sliced beef tongue is common at yakiniku restaurants, we prepare thickly sliced beef tongue so that our customers can enjoy not only the flavor but also the texture of the beef tongue. Even though it is thick, it is still crispy and easy to bite through, which is a result of our commitment to using only the highest quality beef tongue. This is our signature dish and is priced at 1,749 yen (tax included).

Our signature menu item is the "Meat Platter," which allows you to enjoy beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate. We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. Beef is full of flavor as you bite into it, and pork is rich in fat and sweet. The chicken is served with three different sauces, so it is fun to try which sauce goes best with each meat. 1,419 yen (tax included)
