Autumn is the season when a variety of ingredients come out and delicious dishes are produced.
It can be so easy to overeat that it's called "autumn of appetite"!
Our restaurant also offers limited dishes using seasonal ingredients unique to autumn. We would like to introduce three of our recommended fall-only dishes.
It is also the season when salmon is plump, fatty, and delicious, such as autumn salmon. This "Salmon and Slightly Fried Mushrooms in Burnt Soy Sauce Cream Pasta" is made using such salmon in autumn. By mixing the salmon with cream pasta, you can enjoy the taste of the salmon in the cream pasta.
Wakadori is often associated with fried chicken and is a typical beer snack, but we offer "Wakadori Chicken Cutlet with Spicy Pickled Eggplant Sauce" served in an autumnal style. The flavor is brought out even more when served with a slightly tangy and spicy sauce.
Mackerel is in season now and is a very fatty food. We serve it as "Nagasaki-oki Mackerel Sashimi".
Oily fish can be served as it is without soy sauce because of the strong umami component of the fish fat. Please enjoy it as it is.
Autumn produce can be enjoyed not only for its flavor, but also for its aroma, as it is made from a variety of ingredients and eaten in many different ways.
