Autumn is the season for delicious fish. Various seasonal fish, such as saury and chub mackerel, make their appearance.
We would like to introduce three grilled fish, which is one of our signature seafood dishes.
A typical grilled fish dish that is also a izakaya specialty is this "hokke no ichiboshi (dried hokke)" (dried hokke).
HOKKE with its plump flesh is a grilled fish that can be served as a snack with alcohol. Of course, it is an item that can be shared with everyone.
The "Today's Kama-yaki" is grilled kama, the neck of a fish, and is a precious part of the fish, of which only two can be obtained from a single fish.
Some types of fish are fatty. Please enjoy such precious kama.
Seared vinegared mackerel can be enjoyed as a perfect snack with alcohol, which is a favorite of fathers. The vinegared vinegared mackerel is lightly grilled and served in bite-size portions. Of course, it goes perfectly with sake and shochu.
