Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Ochanomizu Ekimae.
One of our signature dishes is yakitori made from "Daisen Dori" carefully raised at the foot of Mt. Here we introduce a selection of yakitori made with Daisen Dori, which is popular for its tender meat and unctuous taste.

Oyama chicken yakitori is one of our most popular menu items. Our highly skilled chefs take full responsibility for the preparation of our yakitori. At first glance, yakitori is a simple cooking method, but it is impossible to bring out the best flavor unless various points such as the amount of heat, the distance between the fire and the food, and the timing are accurately controlled.

The surface of the chicken is grilled to a crispy perfection, while the inside is fluffy and juicy. Please enjoy the yakitori that shines with craftsmanship. We offer a wide variety of yakitori, including momo, negima, chicken skin, liver, gizzard, hatsu, bonjiri, garlic, and tsukune, which are just as good as those at yakitori specialty restaurants. If you are in doubt, we recommend the assortment.

Oyama Dori Yakitori is also available on the take-out menu. It is very popular as you can enjoy the taste of the restaurant at home. For takeout, the following items are available: Negima, liver, and tsukune with cartilage.3You can enjoy the different varieties. When reheating them at home, you can get closer to the taste of the restaurant by lightly roasting them in a toaster oven or on a grill rather than in a microwave oven. Please be careful not to burn the toast while heating it up.
