Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Ochanomizu Ekimae.

One of our most popular dishes, which has a high repeat rate, is the "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg)". Many of our customers order this dish every time they come to our restaurant. We also have many different arrangements of the "Dashi-scented Kodawari Dashimaki Tamago". In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our arrangements and take-out options.

The standard "dashi-scented stick-to-your-ribs dashimaki tamago" is outstandingly delicious, but the gems arranged using the delicious dashimaki tamago are equally popular. Three different arrangements are available for in-store consumption: "Ankake Dashimaki Tamago," "Dashimaki Tamago with Tartar Sauce," and "Sukiyaki Dashimaki Sandwich. The arranged menu is limited to in-store dining only, so be sure to check it out when you visit the restaurant. We have both light and rich flavors, as well as a hearty dish, so you can choose according to your taste and mood.

We have been temporarily closed until September for hygienic reasons because of the high water content of the "Dashi-scented Kodawari Dashimaki Tamago" due to the abundant amount of dashi used in the soup!
