What comes to mind when you think of alcoholic beverages at an izakaya? Many of you probably think of delicious yakitori. At our restaurant, yakitori made with our special ingredients is one of the items we take pride in. In this issue, we would like to introduce our delicious yakitori take-out. Yakitori is one of our specialties. We use Daisen Dori chicken for our ingredients. Daisen chicken is carefully raised in the great nature at the foot of Mt. Because they are raised in a low-stress environment, they have a reputation for the quality of their meat. Of the yakitori available for takeout, we especially recommend the "Daisen Dori Kushiyaki Assorted 5 Kushiyaki (Tare/Shio)" for 1,300 yen (tax included). It is fun to compare this and that. Both tare and shio have their own merits, so be sure to try both.

For takeout, it is served in an assortment, but if you dine at the restaurant, you can specify the part of the leg, skin, etc. to order. Please come and enjoy your meal at the restaurant.

Puffy Tsukune is very popular!

A takeout item that is particularly popular among customers is the "Oyama Dori Tsukune Skewers with Cartilage, 3 skewers (with sauce)," 900 yen (tax included). The fluffy, sweet tsukune are very popular among all ages and genders. Cartilage is blended in to prevent the taste and flavor from flattening out. The crunchy texture is a nice little accent. For those who reheat the dish at home, we recommend grilling the surface quickly in a toaster or frying pan, rather than in the microwave.
