Enjoy the best winter food "Milt".

A dish using milt, one of the luxurious ingredients of winter, is now available in this winter's "Season's Recommendation" menu. The dish is an elaborate fry-up of rich, creamy milt and milt tofu made by kneading together milt and kuzu (arrowroot) flour. The smooth texture and rich flavor are so delicious that once you try it, you will become addicted to it. You will be glad to know that you can enjoy the restaurant's unique taste, which takes a lot of time and effort, at a reasonable price of 649 yen (including tax) per serving. The inside is very hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself.

Speaking of nabe dishes at izakaya, they often appear as the main part of a course meal. Many of the winter courses at our restaurant feature nabe as the main course. Our restaurant offers not only courses, but also hot pots that can be ordered separately as a la carte. The "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup) is a hearty hot pot with plenty of ingredients for only 979 yen per person (tax included). The dish is filled with chicken, chicken bones, and white meat and fish, and is sure to leave you feeling satisfied. The light yet rich flavor makes you want to eat it again and again. How about having it with a glass of ice-cold draft beer?
