We offer two types of hot pots: "White Motsu Nabe" and "Taiwanese Motsu Nabe". We hope you will try the motsu nabe of your favorite flavor.

 

Shiro-motsu nabe, one of the most popular nabe dishes

Motsunabe, a hot pot dish filled with plump, tender and popular motsu, is one of the most popular nabe dishes for both men and women of all ages. The garlic-flavored miso-based broth and the plump beef tenderloin are a perfect match! The moment you eat it, the exquisite flavor of the thick beef tenderloin melts in your mouth. The soup is also rich in vegetables such as leeks and green onions, so those who are lacking in vegetables can enjoy the double benefit of getting both nutrition and stamina at the same time!

 

The spicy flavor is addictive! Taiwanese hot pot

For those who are cold and have little appetite or those who like spicy food, we recommend the spicy "Taiwanese Motsunabe". The spicy broth with plenty of Taiwanese minced meat and richly flavored motsu (entrails) are a perfect match, and the spiciness adds an accent that will make your alcohol consumption go down a notch.
