Sashimi of Mizunasu eggplant / 759 yen (tax included)

The next dish we will introduce is "Mizunasu no Sashimi" using a seasonal ingredient, mizu-nasu eggplant. It is a dish that is quickly marinated in dashi broth and finished. It is recommended when you want an easy menu item to accompany alcoholic beverages.

Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt / 979 yen (tax included)

Lastly, we would like to introduce "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with Ume plum paste and grated ponzu sauce and sansho salt". This crispy fried seasonal hamo cutlet is served with a refreshing plum ponzu sauce and grated Japanese pepper salt. It is recommended as an accompaniment to beer, shochu, and a variety of other alcoholic beverages.
