はじめにご紹介するのは、海鮮の炙り料理です。素材の旨みはもちろん、炙りならではの香ばしい香りに食欲がそそられる方は少なくないはず。上記は一部になりますが、「炙り〆鯖」と「イカの甘辛炙り」になります。どちらも香ばしい香りと素材の旨味を引き立てます。

日本酒や焼酎などのお酒とお楽しみください。

続いてご紹介するのは、肉の炙り料理です。しっかりお腹を満たしたい方は、上記の「極旨　鉄板スパイシーチキン」や「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」がおすすめです。嚙めば嚙むほど広がるジューシーな旨味に、箸が進みますよ。ビールとの相性もよくおすすめです。
