こちらは、豚の旨味をじっくりご堪能いただける「厳選豚の肩ロース炙り　鬼おろしポン酢」です。香ばしく仕上げた豚の肩ロースに、さっぱりとした鬼おろしポン酢を合わせました。肉料理だけど重くなりすぎないおすすめの一皿です。
