Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Okayama Honmachi Store.

The kids are in the midst of their summer vacation, and I am sure that the days when the whole family goes out together to make summer memories are increasing. And when you get hungry after all that activity, please come to our restaurant.

Our restaurant offers exquisite dishes using artisanal chicken dishes and seasonal mountain and sea foods. In this issue, we would like to introduce a selection of our recommended dishes.

Three kinds of meat platter!

The first item to be introduced will be "Rakuraku's 3 Kinds of Meat Platter". This is a luxurious assortment of three types of meat: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken, all full of flavor.

The generous portion is perfect for sharing with the whole family. Please take your time to enjoy the flavor of each meat.

An excellent salad of fried bean curd and tofu!

Next up is the "Tofu Salad with Roasted Fried Bean Curd and Jako (baby sardines)". The combination of the fragrant fried bean curd, the tasty baby sardines, and the smooth tofu creates an exquisite salad with aroma, texture, and flavor.

Children will also enjoy eating vegetables. Please order before the main dish.

Assorted skewers made with safe and secure domestic chicken!

The last item to be introduced is an assortment of five domestic skewers. The assortment consists of five different kinds of Japanese chicken skewers: thigh, green onion, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver.

You can taste the deliciousness of each part of the skewer, so please share your favorite skewer with your family.
