残暑の厳しい時期ですが、皆さまいかがお過ごしでしょうか？こんな暑い日は、涼しいお部屋でおいしいお酒とお料理を満喫されてみてはいかがですか。

当店では厳選した日本酒とともに、ぜひ味わっていただきたい絶品串焼きをご用意しておりますので、ご紹介させていただきます。

 

大山どりの絶品ねぎま！

最初にご紹介するのが「大山どり　ねぎま串」になります。バランスよく脂がのった旨みたっぷりの大山どりとねぎを組み合わせました。

串焼きにすることで、大山どりのジューシーな脂の旨みとねぎの甘みがあふれでてきます。日本酒と一緒に味わうと、よりねぎま串のおいしさが引き立ちます。たれか塩からお好きな味を選んでくださいね。

 

コリコリ軟骨が入ったつくね串！

次にご紹介するのが「軟骨入り国産鶏つくね串」です。安心安全の国産鶏を使った絶品つくねになります。

中に軟骨をいれているので、口の中で噛むごとにコリコリとした食感を楽しめます。つくね串にからめた特製甘だれが絶品で、食欲そそる味わいになっております。ぜひ日本酒とともに味わってくださいね。

 

シンプルだけどおいしいしいたけ串！

最後にご紹介するのが「長崎県南島原産　しいたけ串」になります。長崎県南島原産のみずみずしい香り豊かなしいたけをそのまま串焼きにしました。串焼きにすることでプリプリとした食感と香りが口の中に広がります。シンプルながら日本酒との相性抜群です。
