The first item we will introduce is the "Oshinko Assortment". It is an excellent oshinko platter with four kinds of vegetables: cucumber, red turnip, Chinese cabbage, and eggplant.

Next, we introduce you to our "Dashi-scented Kochi Dashimaki Tamago". The dashimaki tamago is made using a special soup stock made from the finest maru-soy soy sauce, plenty of bonito flakes and mixed flakes from Makurazaki, and dashi made from Hokkaido's shinkonbu (kelp).
